The Daisy Wheel™

For Grades 5-12

Available in English and Spanish, the Daisy Wheel™ is an easy-to-use paper tool, outlining the 8 steps of a breast self-exam. Recommended for grades 5-12, we provide them completely FREE to school nurses and health educators!

Ways to Use:

  • Distribute in health class or at an assembly in October’s Breast Health Awareness Month
  • Incorporate with puberty/adolescence unit, utilize in the nurse’s office to discuss during physical exams (ie. scoliosis check) to encourage discussion and eliminate embarrassment in front of peers
  • Great for breast health education for church groups, community organizations, etc.
Coming Soon: The New Digital Daisy Wheel

As a nonprofit dedicated to making breast health resources free and accessible for everyone, we are working towards launching a Digital Daisy Wheel. Whether you’re using our resource in a classroom, or as part of a group presentation, you’ll be able to use the Digital Daisy Wheel to educate others on the steps of a breast self-exam.
